When you find a job you love, you’ll never work a day in your life. That’s the mantra that Eva Lawrance lives by and what she has found for herself in her career as a real estate agent. Starting out, in front of house, at a busy Southern Highlands agency while completing her university studies, Eva quickly became enamoured with the fast pace and variety that the industry provides.

As a result, in 2021 she attained her real estate qualifications and moved into a sales associate role, at the same time moving to Sydney’s eastern suburbs where she gained a wealth of experience. Eva recently returned to her hometown of Bowral and is now working alongside top performing local agent Gene Fairbanks, bringing with her a fierce passion for the industry and an unshakeable desire to succeed.
